Product Manager – Digital Medicine

We are at a pivotal moment—with multiple NHS collaborations, RCT-backed evidence, UK market regulatory-approved platform and regulatory approval process for the EU market—and we need a visionary Product Manager to take our solutions to the next level. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical research, AI/ML, SaMD regulation, Digital Care, and behavioral health innovation, leading groundbreaking digital solutions from concept to commercialisation of our digital medicine platform and solutions.

You will play a crucial role in translating clinical needs into product strategies and managing our portfolio of regulated digital health products that predict emerging patient risks, optimise treatment pathways, and empower overstretched clinicians with real-time insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy, Roadmap & Alignment
    • Align the product strategy and roadmap with UK market needs.
    • Prioritise features and enhancements based on NHS priorities.
    • Ensure regulatory alignment with NHS, MHRA, and FDA requirements.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis
    • Conduct market research on digital therapeutics and AI in healthcare.
    • Benchmark competitors and analyse market gaps.
    • Develop business cases for new product features or market expansions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercialisation
    • Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies for NHS and UK insurers.
    • Forge partnerships with NHS hospitals, pharma companies, and providers.
    • Attend industry events to showcase CyberLiver's value proposition.
  • SaMD, AIaMD & Digital Care Product Management
    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for regulated digital health products.
    • Manage regulatory compliance (UKCA, ISO13485, GDPR, etc.).
  • AI/ML-Driven Product Innovation
    • Develop AI/ML models for detecting hepatic and alcohol-related complications.
    • Ensure AI-driven interventions are clinically accurate and user-friendly.
  • NHS Collaborations and Clinical Co-Design
    • Lead co-design initiatives with NHS trusts and clinical end-users.
    • Ensure interoperability with NHS Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems.
  • Evidence Generation and Real-World Data Studies
    • Design and implement real-world evidence-generation studies.
    • Generate compelling case studies demonstrating clinical and economic value.
  • Regulatory Excellence in SaMD, AIaMD & Digital Care
    • Ensure full compliance with ISO14971, GDPR, DTAC, DSPT.
    • Implement post-market performance monitoring for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership and Team Management
    • Collaborate with software engineers, AI scientists, and regulatory experts.
    • Lead teams to deliver scalable digital health solutions.
Must-Have Experience
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in SaMD, AIaMD, and DTx.
  • Experience obtaining UKCA/CE regulatory clearance for Class II medical devices.
  • Expertise in ISO13485, IEC 62366, ISO 14971, EU MDR, and FDA standards.
  • Proven track record in AI-powered digital medicine platforms.
  • Experience with NHS digital teams, Health Innovation Networks, and clinical research.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Masters in Business Administration.
  • Bachelor of Technology - (Computer Science or Information Technology).
Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills
  • Background in biomedical engineering or AI-driven healthcare innovation.
  • Experience in human-centred design (HCD) and behavioural health interventions.
  • Expertise in privacy compliance (GDPR, DTAC, DCB0129).
  • Strong ability to translate clinical and regulatory concepts into product roadmaps.
  • Experience in scaling digital solutions from UK market launch to global expansion.
